This Privacy Policy clearly describes how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information, as well as your rights to manage such information. Please read all terms fully before using this Application. Terms highlighted in red are key constraints and shall be read carefully. If you do not agree with any provision of this Policy, please stop using this Application immediately.

1.1 Personal Information: Information that can, alone or combined with other data, identify a specific natural person or reflect an individual’s activities, including mobile phone number, device identifier, album images, camera footage, operation records, etc.

1.2 Device Information: Device model, system version, unique device identifier, network IP address, screen parameters, runtime logs and other basic device data.

1.3 Required Permissions: Camera, Photo Album, Storage and Network permissions, which are necessary to deliver core features including Schulte‑Grid training, visual memory, posture recognition and local data saving.

2. Information We Collect and Collection Scenarios

2.1 Account Login Information (Registration / Login)

• Mobile phone number and SMS verification code: For account registration, login, identity verification and account recovery; essential for basic services.

2.2 Information Required for Functional Services (When using training modules)

• Camera Permission: Invoked only when you actively enable posture‑recognition functions. Real‑time video frames are analysed locally on‑device. Original video footage will not be uploaded; only posture analysis results are uploaded to store training records.
• Photo‑album & Storage Permission: Used to save training screenshots and local training records. Photos are accessed only when you actively save images.
• Local Storage: Saves training progress, badge achievements and local settings; data remains stored only on your device.

2.3 Automatically‑collected Log Information (Experience optimisation)

• Basic device identifiers, user actions, training duration and API access logs. Used to analyse usage patterns, fix defects and improve performance. Such data will not be linked to your real‑world identity.

2.4 Non‑essential Information: We do not proactively request location, address‑book, microphone, biometric or other irrelevant permissions, nor do we collect personal data unrelated to focus‑training features.

3. Rules for Information Usage

3.1 All collected information shall be used solely for the purposes listed below and for no other purposes:

• Providing core training features: Schulte‑Grid, short‑term visual memory, graphic decoding, spot‑the‑difference, Pomodoro focus timer and posture recognition;
• Preserving training progress, badges and personal training histories;
• Securing account access, detecting abnormal login and preventing account compromise;
• Fixing software bugs, optimising performance and analysing product experience;
• Complying with statutory data‑retention obligations under applicable laws.

3.2 Without your separate, explicit consent, your personal information will not be used for purposes outside this Policy, nor for marketing or third‑party advertising profiling.

4. Information Sharing, Transfer and Public Disclosure

4.1 We will never sell, rent or trade your personal information. Information may only be shared in the following limited lawful scenarios:

• Upon your written or in‑app pop‑up confirmation to share data with designated third parties;
• When formally requested by public security authorities, courts or regulatory bodies pursuant to legal procedures;
• To protect legitimate interests of you, our platform or the public, in emergencies such as account hijacking or malicious activity.

4.2 If we engage third‑party service providers for technical support (cloud storage, API services), binding data‑confidentiality agreements will be executed. Third parties are permitted to process data only for agreed services and are prohibited from retaining or re‑using your personal information.

5. Personal Information Security Measures

5.2 Industry‑standard encryption is applied for data transmission and storage on our servers, including encrypted API transport, desensitisation of sensitive database fields and graded access controls to prevent data leakage, tampering or loss.

5.2 Camera streams are processed locally on your device. Raw video feeds are not persistently uploaded to cloud servers to maximise visual‑data privacy.

5.3 No internet transmission can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. Please safeguard your account credentials and never disclose verification codes to others. Contact customer support promptly if you detect suspicious account activity.

6. Your Rights over Personal Information

6.1 Access, Correction and Deletion: You may view and clear local training records via App “Settings‑Privacy Centre”. To delete cloud‑hosted account data, please submit a request to customer service.

6.2 Permission Revocation: You may disable camera, photo‑album and storage permissions at any time via your device system settings. Disabling permissions will disable posture‑recognition and image‑saving functions, while pure mental‑training modules remain available.

6.3 Account Cancellation: You may submit an account‑cancellation request within the App. Upon cancellation, all cloud‑stored data linked to your account will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.

6.4 Inquiries and Complaints: For privacy‑related questions, please submit feedback through the in‑app customer‑service channel.

7. Minor Users

This Application is intended for users of all ages. If you are under 18 years old, your guardian shall read and agree to this Policy. Guardians may manage permission authorisations and review training records. We do not actively collect extra personal data from minors and will not send unsolicited marketing content.

8. Policy Revision and Updates

8.1 We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in applicable laws or product functionality. Revised versions will be published via in‑app announcements and our official website and take effect upon publication.

8.2 Your continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not accept revised terms, please discontinue use and cancel your account.
